The product is delivered as a complete, pre-assembled unit, making it a practical solution when you do not wish to rebuild the old variator piece by piece. The OEM reference for comparison is: CFMOTO 0JYA-052000. What is the role of the CFMOTO secondary variator? The CVT transmission uses a primary variator, a secondary variator, and a drive belt. The secondary variator is mounted toward the transmission and works together with the primary variator for the continuous modification of the transmission ratio. In the CFMOTO system, the secondary variator acts as the slave pulley for the primary variator and also plays a role in torque response. Complete assembly Not just a pulley or a repair kit. The variator is delivered fully assembled, and the manufacturer specifies that the assemblies are balanced before shipment. This makes it suitable for a complete replacement of the secondary variator when the original one shows wear or damage. Fitment differs between CFORCE, UFORCE, and ZFORCE. Also, I would not list CFORCE 1000 Gen3 X10 2025+ or ZFORCE Z10 2025+ without separate confirmation. The verified list for this variator ends with the model years in the table above. Compatible OEM Code 0JYA-052000 This is the OEM comparison code indicated for the product. We recommend checking the original part code or the VIN series before ordering, especially for vehicles at the transition between generations.
